"In last two weeks of June 2024, I had the opportunity to participate  in CEST that takes place at Mediterraneo Hospital, in Athens, Greece. A huge thank you to Dr Thanos Tsoukas for his guidance during all of this training and his valuable explanations. He never gets tired of repeating and teaching the very basics and the advance technics of  TEE and TTE. I would also like to thank Dr Lilika Pappa and Dr Spiros Dragomanovits for making me part of every real TEE and Stress Echo that was performed in the hospital during my stay. The best part was performing TEE during cardiac surgeries. I was very lucky to be part of a mitral clip procedure and TAVI, followed-up by TEE. I would highly recommend this training for every Doctor, Cardiologist, Internist who is interested in learning more about cardiac echocardiography. The simulator feels like a real patient, it helps with the probe manipulation and has all kind of pathologies. Being alone during my training was perfect (One On One Simulation TTE and TEE Training). It gave me the time to familiarise and repeat every day both TEE and TTE, so I was able to learn faster.
